Marinette County Special Olympics provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with cognitive disabilities. Social events are also planned as part of the Special Olympics program.

Sports activities available include basketball, bocce ball, swimming, softball, weight training, tennis, golf, track/field, and bowling. Many of the activities are provided with the assistance and cooperation of the Marinette Recreation Department.
